They are both gorgeous. I have read other post about there GD's being to old, well I am lets just say a little over the hill. LOL. And I would love the have one in blue, my favorite color. Yes you just have to keep the little kid alive inside. I would love to see your DGD's face when they recieved them. Wonderful quilts.
