I leave the manufacturer's fold where it is. Fold up about a third up from the bottom and fold about the same from the top. Then wrap around the board as if it were a bold in the LQS. One thing I learned by experience is for fabric lengths longer than 1 yd, fold the fabric lengthwise then up from bottom, down from top. When wrapping start at the folded edge and wrap toward cut edge. That way if you decide to use the fabric and don't need all of it you can unwrap what you need. For lengths of fabric longer than two yards, I purchased some foam core boards from U-Line. Two benefits from these are the boards store the wrapped fabric better and these stiffer boards brace the comic book boards on the shelf. I love love this idea of storage and learned about it on this board!
