They are really great for hemming knits. Everyone is so impressed that I sewed it twice and the spacing between the rows is perfect.lol Then I show them that it's a double needle. I always use wooly nylon in the bobbin for the stretch.
When you do this, do you hand wind the bobbin, or machine wind as usual? Does the thread stretch if you machine wind? Or no issues? I'm intrigued!
