Heads only might be easier to ship, but they will need cases or cabinets. I have had my fill of buying machine heads without homes. If I have a machine that is in a cabinet, that is how I sell it. Same with cases. Local sales preferred but I'll meet up with or deliver a cabinet to an address within a half tank of gas for the price of the gas. Usually comes out to the same price as shipping.
In some places cases and cabinets without machines might be easy to come by, but not here.
That's the way I feel about it.
