I confess, I did lick the spoon earlier when I made it. I'm going to try and remember how good I felt Thursday when I weighed less even in my jeans. Maybe that will be my inspiration for the weekend. We'll see.

You can't totally deprive yourself of all the goodies. I would suggest taking a large salad for your main meal. Have a small slice of pizza and a small piece of a couple of the desserts that look best to you. Just drink water! So many calories in all those drinks. You'll do fine!
