I used to demo a quilt cutting system at conventions/ guild meetings, and working on the typical folding tables was breaking my back. My husband & I went to Lowe's or Home Depot and found a kitchen trolley/ tea tray with 3 tiers of chrome shelves & wheels that rolled or could lock. He made me a cutting surface to the measurements that I needed of 1/2" beech faced plywood( sealed) with attached plastic plumbing pipe to slide into the 4 upright posts. It's served me very well. The 1st shelf underneath the top is excellent for storing rotary cutters, pin cushions, scissors, etc. The two lower shelves are good for storing ANYTHING.For more specific info reply & I'll provide whatever measurements you need, or other information. Good luck!
