Good for you! I learned a couple of things doing the same thing.
#1, the amount of time needed to complete something is much exaggerated in our mind, and never take as long as expected.
#2, All these finishes and still awash in fabric. So I've been on the fabric wagon since 2001.
#3, A new exciting project has nothing to offer, it is nothing more than sewing on fabric of a different color. Sew on the colors you have out
And...I've switched to scrappy quilts, then I always have a different color!
