Janome MC7700QCP... ? about the APC function..
Hello all! I am a new quilter and I just purchased my new Janome 7700 and am scared to play with it...lol! It's my first fancy machine and I don't want to mess anything up. I have read and re-read the book that came with it but I just don't get it. Can someone who has this machine please explain to me about the APC function...well..I know what it is for but am confused on how to disengage it from the straight stitch hole to where I can do zig zag and decorative stitching. I am scared I will break the plate or a needle or something. And...what does D1S, D2S and D3S mean??? The manual was not very helpful in explaining. Thanks for any help you can provide.
