It needs something, but I can't figure out what. Does the lower left appliqued part need more separation from the rest? Maybe another outline of gold metallic? I've considered adding gold or yellow couching or bobbin work to outline the quilting of the sun rays to make that more prominent... would that help? I'm afraid to do too much more ... it is already quite busy. Actually, that's probably what bothers me about it. But, I must admit, it looks a little better in the photographs than I thought

Maybe bead or button centers in the flowers. Thread painting could also be used there. It is a beautie.
