I forgot to mention that,... If a buyer is traveling more than 5 minutes to pick up an item you are selling, there is an automatic reduction in the value of the item by 25%. If they are traveling more than 10 minutes to pick up an item you are selling, there is an automatic reduction in the value of the item by 50%. If a buyer is traveling more than 15 minutes to pick up an item you are selling, there is an automatic reduction in the value of the item by 95%. And If a buyer is traveling more than 20 minutes to pick up an item you are selling, there is an automatic reverse in the value of the item and you owe them the full purchase price AND the item.
