I just googled it and found a website called
www.thewaterproofstore.com. I would try to make a bag like theirs. There are several different sizes. Also would recommend tarp or denier nylon fabric. Double up the bag one internal with a closure and then one outer bag over that one. Hope this helps! Good luck.
