Always double check the quality of these machines. Many made for Walmart, Joann, etc..are made with somewhat less quality parts. IE..plastic instead of metal. They are less costly for a reason. Try seeking out an actual sewing machine store.Many sell vacumns & sewing machines. The ones around here are great! Always helpful with the machine & advice long after purchase & usually they also do repairs. For an 'extra' $100. or so..it may well be worth it . At least, that's what I found to be true.
