Not doilies, but if you wanted you cold use the fancy foil cake decorators use to cover boards. some are embossed, others have a lacy look. As the others said, you won't get away from grease markings from cookies. when they make up cookie trays where i work, they put cookies directly on the plastic tray. We used to use doilies on the cake boards for cakes, but they too get a greasy look to them quickly. now we use foil boards instead of the white waxy ones.
