Anyone can say anything over the phone and I don't know about websites......are they expensive to keep on line? Anyway, that sounds like and extremely expensive chair......perhaps you would be better off with a less expensive chair and perhaps some sort of brace on your back to ease the pain/discomfort...sometimes, breaking from the sewing machine after say 15 minutes and doing some simple muscle excercises is enough to break that chain of pain...........
