I finally decided Fridays were going to be my guilt-free day to be in the sewing room no matter what I got done during the week. And it can flow into Saturday depending on what demands come into my Friday that end up cutting that day short. Thank you for this suggestion. This is exactly what I need to do. While I can do other things in 15 minute increments I find I don't want to quilt/sew unless I know I have a good chunk of time so I keep putting it off. Setting aside a whole day without other distractions is the answer. I've been in a vicious cycle of putting off quilting because of all the other "stuff" that needs doing but not doing the other stuff because I wanted to be quilting. (You can imagine what a mess my world is in.) With the one day dedicated to quilting I think I can really concentrate on everything else knowing I will have my day of quilting.
