The apple green sounds great! Mine are a soft pink. I love them. Also have south and southwest windows.
I had a soft pink dining room at one time: small, so the pink was very pale; it was called Sweet Pea, after my favourite flower. So of course, I had to purchase that shade. It was perfect.
