I did recently burn food onto a glass pan. Tried just about everything...even the dryer sheets...and nothing was working, I was about ready to throw away the pan. Then I tried baking soda...made a paste and applied over the bottom of pan, let it set awhile, then scrubbed...and got all the burned food off. Took quite a bit of "elbow grease"...but worked. Maybe would have been easier with vinegar, so if it happens again, will remember that.(hopefully I won't ever leave food in the oven overnight ever again...beets...roasting at 375 degrees...long story...but was glad my house didn't burn down!)
