The best part is that they are just as customer oriented in the store .... maybe not as humorous, but always upbeat and positive and interested in the buyer - whether he or she be a neighbor or come from afar to shop in their store. I made a trip to Lola Pink (sp) store only to find it is out of business, then traveled on down the road to Hamilton where I received the best reception from a local directing me to the store to the clerks in the store who did much to make my experience a memorable one. I look forward to going back soon on another road trip.
PS .... The employee even suggested another quilt store in another town! Can you tell I loved my experience?
