Custard, ice cream, noodles (freeze the extras), lemon or orange curd, hollandaise sauce, Bernaise Sauce. Use to bind hamburgers, meat loaf or meat balls, feed them to your pets, I do not like eggs at all, but make all the above fairly regularly.
