Yes ... from the centre circle to the point of the blade it's 3/4".
The full plate is only 3-1/2".
Whole quilt is all of 17-3/4"x22-1/2"!!!
And it gets better ... she has done one that's even smaller ... I call this one a Micro-Mini!!!
