I didn't read closely enough, I missed the part about you trying to send the picture in a PM. I have not tried to send a picture though a PM.

These methods of posting pics is specifically what hosts have told me & exactly what I have experienced on this site. I am willing to learn how to upload pics from URL if anyone here knows how to do that using Windows Vista.
