I love this pattern. Have been wanting to do this block for a long time but never liked the construction methods I've seen so I designed my own pattern.

I divided the block into quadrants. I like putting square blocks together better. An advantage to this gives the center star a 3-D look if you want by using contrasting fabrics. I chose to keep it plain this time. The pattern was designed to serve two purposes. You have the choice of doing either flip and sew or cut them in half and sew. I left enough room for you to flip the whole thing RST (right sides together) and then cut 1/4 inch away from the seam and your block is finished!! **Just be careful to line everything up good.**

The instructions are on the pattern for those who need it. Print it out on lightweight paper. Hope you like my floral spiderweb mini and pattern! (It's 8 inches square).
