Allo, everyone.
I have recently decided to pursue quilting as a hobby and figured that this website was a good place to get pointers and such. I haven't finished much yet save for a block that I made for a Traditional Crafts class (which inspired me to continue quilting!) but I hope to change that in the years to come.
So far I am quilting all by hand, but I have bought a fixer-upper machine (a Singer 128, crinkle finish, I believe) which I hope to sew with soon. Rest assured that I will bug all of you for pointers on how to bring the ol' fella back to working shape soon, since I have no idea whatsoever about how to restore or operate sewing machines, let alone old ones!
