No idea about a LA ....
I have used both 80 wt DecoBob for both top and bottom when quilting with my DSM. Similarly I have used 100 wt Invisafil.
They both have quilted well, and kept the quilting nice and subtle instead of in your face. Because of that, it helps to camouflage any quilting boo-boos!
