I would add two solid colors - a red and a green and make a Trip Around the World using 10 fabrics Bonnie Hunt (I think that is her) has that pattern on her website and then use the remaining fabrics for borders to enlarge to a nice Queen size and if anything is still left over make some pillow slips to coordinate.
