Try Googling "teddy bear wall hanging" and then click on "images". Scroll through and see if you can find a photo of the wallhanging. Edit: Try "teddy bear applique wall hanging", "teddy bear embroidery wall hanging", etc. as it looks as if this is a better way to search.
Were you using a computer to cruise the internet? If so, it will have a history of the websites you visited. You may be able to trace it back that way. (I don't know if cell phones keep that kind of history.)
