There's an envelope INSIDE the project? That helps it to be stiff? Does it dull a needle to go through the thicker paper? This is a new idea for me--although I am aware there are quilted postcards...
No, NO envelope inside it...I put it in an envelope to mail it. I used timtex as the base for making this.
