I have gone and looked for particular things but I also do impulse buying especially of books and rulers. I also like to buy fat quarters of fun fabrics. It is a great time to research things or buy larger items if show specials are offered. I haven't gone for some time as I have no $ to spend. Part of the fun is getting goodies.
If you want to stay in budget only bring cash and leave your credit cards home.
