I have the Juki TL 98 Q on a Little Gracie II frame. It's a work horse. I bought it used a couple of years ago & have quilted many quilt with this set up. I haven't had this problem, but I would call the place that did the repairs. Maybe they can talk you through the problem or tell you to bring it back to them.
