I can't help much with the cutters but as with any other purchase consider if the ones on Craigslist and Amazon are missing something or in good working condition and still under warranty and for how long. So with those considerations and concerns, if you're planning on using it often, I would go with new and under warranty versus, original/used and not under warranty. I would also be checking LQS to see if they have any.
