Janie, I have learned that if you use cheese cloth under the batting, it flows easier and no built up of the fluffy stuff.

QuiltE, after you sew the two or three stitches to the edge, you still fold the binding back and start the new edge to dissect that point of seam allowance on the new side. Clear as mud?? I think that if you search for Patrick Loser on u-tube you can find the video that would help.

I printed out all the paper piecing paper patterns from Quilting on the Square: Spike your English that is available...and checked the site for the August block, but it is not there yet. So my pp patterns are ready to use...now if I do not lose them...LOL!!
