This is a real pretty pattern and for me it depends on how big it will be. If it is going to be a large quilt I would love to see #2 . If it is a small quilt I like #4.
The stripe effect on # would work great in a large quilt.

I was going to say #4 but then after reading ube quilting's comment, I agree...if you are going to do a larger quilt, then #2 but for a small quilt, definitely #4
