Milan, OH -Rt 250 exit on the Turnpike-Thomas Edison's Birthplace, a nice museum and antique stores, there are restaurants along Rt 250 towards Sandusky. Just google Ohio, Michigan or Indiana tourist attractions. There is a lot to see within a couple of hours drive from Toledo.
