Quilting Book Acquisition Syndrome; Pattern Acquisition Syndrome; Gadget Acquisition Syndrome; Fabric Acquisition Syndrome; Tote Bag Acquisition Syndrome; Works In Progress Syndrome; Dreaming of Quilting Ideas Syndrome; etc.

It's almost 1 August so I am going on the trail to a healthier hobby syndrome: reading each of my quilting books and then determining whether or not to keep individual books. I have something for which I want to save my money so that carrot will be dangled in front of my nose. This should help limit my expenditures. Best of all, spending more quality time each day sewing --- err playing with fabric!

I released some of my fabric in order to work on other materials. I found out today that another sewing sister has done the same thing with flannel, certain prints, and homespun. However, she even cut quilt kits from the fabrics to give to friends and new sewers before before totally releasing the fabric! Now, that is a thoughtful, generous quilting sister...... Bravo!
