Do you guys get the daily deal from Missouri Star Quilt Company. I really love the deal of the day. Yellows, greys and blacks. It is a nice color combination. I really need to resist it. I am not only on a food diet but on a fabric diet also. Cindy I sent you my loss for the month. Hopefully it is enough for the batiks. I guess the exercise did pay off finally. I was getting a little bit depressed that I wasn't losing and was behaving reasonably well and doing a spinning class 3 to 5 days a week. I guess WW was right, I needed to increase my food intake.
