Quilted wall hanging
I want to make a quilted wall hanging out of a panel that I have. It has a snowman on it. I would like the snowman to standout, puff out, what ever you call it. what Is the proper way to do this?
I tried sending this question earlier but it didn't show up. I was in a hurry so maybe I didn't hit submit. LOL!
