Hello everyone. sorry I haven't been on. I was on vacation visiting my grand niece in Northern CA and my brother, when I came home, I was here for one day and got a sad call from another niece. My grandnephew in Utah passed away. He was 23. So I flew to Vegas to drive up with my sister, who is his grandma. I just got back on Thursday. I got lots of grown up blocks and I will post pictures later. Yesterday I kicked back and went to the International Quilt Show in Long Beach. It was a great day to just chill out and look at all the beautiful quilts and to visit all the vendors. Today, I need to go get groceries. Then I need to take my daughter to pick up her car. She went to the hospital on Wed. with a kidney infection. The kids didn't want to call me in Utah as they figured I had enough going on. Sweet aren't they?? Anyways. I am going to be making my blocks starting this week. I am excited to get going on them because everyone sent such lovely fabric that I want to play with.
