http://www.elanaspantry.com/gluten-free-bread-20/ this site has gluten free breads that look just like bread. I have found that wheat and grains are what has made my knees hurt even after 5 replacements.
I did not like anything about the Oppsie items, tasted too much like egg, used cream of tarter and could taste that also.
I have to make myself some when life settles down for me. Always have almond flour, coconut oil and flax seeds on hand.
