answers to questions are easier- if you ask the questions...don't have an answer to your video problem- I've not had any videos I couldn't pause- but if you visit the web sites for the long arm dealers they generally have pretty good tutorials showing how to use pantos- also check out 'AboutQuilting' and many of the long arm teachers have hints, tips, help to use them- and if you have specific questions and ask them folks here can probably walk you through your issues. CarolyMT was pretty 'thorough' with a 'mini' tutorial- and really you need to just 'jump in' and start practicing- you will figure it out in no time.
