I would like to give this a shot also. I just read the post this morning. I do alot of lurking but not much posting. I started weight loss last month with losing 10 pounds. I have stayed level for the last week. I hope the weight starts to disappear again soon. How do I PM to get the address for the FQ and what kind of FQ should I send?
