My 301 is running great & has 3 quilting feet, two bobbin holders, zipper foot, and all in a lovely cabinet. It must have been serviced recently, it runs like a charm. Add about $100 to that and you are good. Manuals are free at
http://www.singerco.com/accessories/instruction-manuals just scroll down to search - before that is a box you put in 301 and hit search. Then you will have the option of a $15 manual or printing out a free manual.
