FYI -- The bobbin size for the Consew 99 is #B74, which is being replaced by #204-230. The bobbin winder is a generic unit, driven by the belt, model #10734 or #259431. These can be had for $10-$20 either through ebay, or a shop that specializes in industrial machines. Be warned that the shops usually have a minimum mail order of around $50. I found the folks at
www.southstarsupply.com to be both very friendly and quite knowledgeable.
The Consew 99 was replaced by the 199 "at least 30 years ago".

Is you can wind bobbins to your hearts content while sewing. I never bought pre wound bobbins for my Pfaff 545, I wound them as I worked. Being a seamstress in my upholstery shop I spent a lot of time there....LOL
