Have fun! In Syracuse, visit Calico Gals (www.calicogals.com) and Mission Rose (www.missionrosequiltery.com). In Albany, Flying Geese Fabrics in Colonie (on corner of New Karner Road and Watervliet Road), and The Joyful Quilter in Glenville (just west of Schenectady) (www.joyfulquilter.com). Two other shops that are worth visiting, if you are driving from Albany to Syracuse to Toronto are the Quiltbug in Esperance, NY (on U.S. Rt 20, west of Albany) and a very large and great store, The Gloversville Sewing Center in Gloversville, north of the Fonda/Fultonville exit on the Thruway--well worth the visit there. (www.gloversvillesewingcenter.com) There are also some good shops in the Rochester area. I can't help you for Canada. Carolyn
