Pam H, sympathies regarding your son's co-worker. A few weeks ago a childhood neighbor/friend died suddenly at 49 of pulmonary embolism. My husband has 2 siblings that have had DVT (at least I think they were officially diagnosed as DVT). I do know they were both hospitalized and it was quite serious. I think this puts all the other siblings at about 50% higher chances of having it, also. Your Packer baby - now that is one cute baby.
I went to the gym again last night and did much more than I did on Friday. I was amazed at how much more I could do and I can't believe that I'm not sore this morning. Hopefully, that will give me motivation to stay on track with my eating today.
