Sheila, it's the bobbin winder. The needles are older milliner needles so don't know if they're for a machine or hand sewing. Will investigate more tomorrow. I love those old seam guides. Very handy. I think it was used to make clothes because there's tape like for a seam allowance but nit a 1/4 inch allowance. Nice attachments too. I am pleased with the purchase and hope the cabinet is salvageable.
