Did you click "upload" once you located the picture???
oh, now I see your plea. Click on you photos, "right click" to open the RESIZE option. Choose the smallest size and save. I usually rename the photo to small ti better inpdentify my resized photos. You will get the hang of this. There has to be a tutorial for uploading photos to this site. Dont give up!
