I went to New Zealand on my honeymoon 24 yrs ago, from Christchurch to Auckland then then the bay of islands.. very pretty all over. Lovely pictures you took and beautiful birds.. I must have been too much in love I dont recall the birds at all! The rhodedenrums (spell check) and the azaleas yes but birds.. ah how nice it would be to see it through mature eyes when your looking at the world so much clearer. I loved your Country.
