Thanks everyone :-) She loved the dress! She said Mommy that is beautiful! with a big sigh of excitement lol
Yes her hair is down to her butt. I have not cut it since she was born and she will be 4 in February. I had debated at one time cutting her hair to have bangs but I still think I like it this way better.
