What do they mean by "
The machine itself now turns on but doesn't operate through the peddle"? How do they know this? Is it possible to plug the motor in directly, not thru the controller? I'm wondering how much I would have to spend to get it working.
I can't tell if there are any decals left but for $75 it doesn't matter. Also, the spool holder is missing.
