the coloring quilts we have made at the local preschool every year for the past 10 years have been heat set with a brown paper bag- I cut the bag open-and place the brown paper over the coloring- then heat set with iron set at cotton- the brown paper absorbs the excess dye and sets the color into the fabric. easy-easy
